On Wednesday 13^th November it was WORLD KINDNESS DAY…. Students from         St Peter’s CofE Academy put this into practice by participating in the Samaritans Purse ‘Operation Christmas Child’ Shoe box Appeal. Samaritans Purse is a Christian charity that provides support and relief to families worldwide. Each year the shoebox appeal brings hope and joy to thousands of children and spreads the message of Jesus’ love by providing practical support and a Christmas gift to those less fortunate than ourselves.

Many staff and students have contributed and I am pleased to say that we have donated 56 boxes.  A special mention must go to Mrs Stanley, and her tutor group 7 Endure for their impressive contribution and also to Year 11 students Millie Allen and Kai Brock for their input. Well done to everyone who has contributed this year….. you are truly amazing!!!
