Congratulations to the St Peter’s Students who competed in the Staffordshire County Athletics Championships earlier today! 

The students were amazing a were a credit to the Academy.

Ashley Leonard (200m), Alyssa Cooke (Javelin) and Gilchris Kakanou (400m) should be proud of their achievement of getting to the Champs but missed out on qualification. 

A special mention to Isreal Abiodun (Discus) who came 3rd and narrowly missed out on qualifying to represent Staffordshire.

And a superb effort by Luis Akyea (Hurdles) who came 2nd in his race and qualified to represent Staffordshire in the Mason Trophy next week at Northwood Stadium.
