We want to put Stoke on the map as a city that truly values reading – with the ambitious target of our Year 7 students reading one billion words over the next school year! As we have all read 'Treasure Island', we'll be well in our way towards this goal. Not only is reading key to academic success but it also allows us to step inside other minds and understand the world from different points of view.

Your challenge is to read as many books as possible, in order not only to help us achieve this target but also as a way for you to win prizes for your school!
