We had two visitors of note, on Friday. Lynda Poole, Interim Assistant Director for Learning Services at the LA and Paula Ripponden-Smith, Principal at REACH.

I showed Lynda round Period 3 and she was very impressed with the learning taken place in the classrooms she visited. I then bumped into Paula in the car park as she was leaving. She also expressed how impressed she was with our students and the staff saying “there is so much warmth in your school, Mr Astley”

It was a great way to end the week and further evidences how far the Academy has come over the last few years.
