Making the right choice for your child

Choosing the right secondary school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child, and we are delighted that you are considering St Peter’s CofE Academy. As a thriving and inclusive Church of England academy, we are committed to providing an outstanding education where every young person is known, valued and encouraged to flourish. Guided by our Christian values, we nurture ambition, character and resilience, ensuring that students leave us equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed in the next stage of their education and beyond.

At St Peter’s, we welcome families from all backgrounds, faiths and those of no faith. Our academy reflects the rich diversity of the Stoke-on-Trent community and offers a caring, supportive environment where high expectations are matched by exceptional pastoral care. We believe that every child has unique gifts and talents, and we work in partnership with families to help each student achieve their full potential.

Whether you are applying for a Year 7 place or seeking an in-year admission, this section will guide you through our admissions process and provide the information you need to join our academy community. We look forward to welcoming you and showing you what makes St Peter’s such a special place to learn, grow and succeed.
